Fill in your profile
Name, handle, bio, link, photo and gender, and where each one shows up.
Your profile is what people see when they find you in search, open your social profile or scan your QR card.
- Tap your avatar to open the profile hub.
- Tap Profile settings.
- Tap Change photo to pick an image. You can pinch and drag inside the cropper until the frame looks right.
- Fill in your name, handle, bio and link.
- Tap Save. The button confirms with Saved when it lands.
What each field is for
- Name is the display name on messages, calls and your social profile.
- Handle is your unique address on Kool. It needs at least three characters and nobody else can hold the same one.
- Bio is a short description on your social profile. There is a character counter under the field so you can see how much room is left.
- Link is one web address. Type it like
yoursite.comand Kool checks that it looks like a real address before saving. - Gender is optional and set to Not set until you choose otherwise.
- Email is shown but not editable here. It is the address your account is built on.
Two more things live at the bottom of the same screen: My data, which exports a copy of what Kool holds about you, and Close account, which deletes everything permanently. Both are covered in Download your data and Close your account.
