Two layers
Kool runs automated rules that catch the obvious cases, spam patterns and content that clearly breaks the rules. Everything else, and anything the rules flag as uncertain, goes to a person.
If your account is suspended
You will not be able to sign in normally. That is deliberate, and so is the way out.
- Write to abuse@k00l.app from the email address on the account.
- Say what happened in your own words. Include anything that helps us see the context.
- Send it once. Appeals are limited to a few per hour to keep the queue usable for everyone.
We read appeals with the original decision in front of us. If we were wrong, the account is restored.
What is never allowed
Content that sexually exploits children is a zero tolerance line and is reported to the proper authorities. Harassment, impersonation, spam, malware and attempts to break or overload the service are all grounds for removal. The full wording lives in the Terms of Service.
