Habits that keep your account safe
Short, practical and boring, which is exactly why it works.
- Turn on two factor authentication. It is the single biggest improvement you can make. See Turn on two factor authentication.
- Guard your sign in code. Nobody at Kool will ever ask you for it. Anyone who does is trying to take your account.
- Check your active devices now and then and revoke anything you do not recognise.
- Lock the app with Face ID or a PIN if other people handle your phone.
- Be sceptical of urgency. Messages that push you to act immediately, especially about money or account access, are the standard shape of a scam.
- Do not reuse your email password anywhere else. Your Kool account is only as safe as the mailbox that receives its codes.
