Read, archive and delete email
Your inbox, drafts, the actions on each message and the safety prompts.

The inbox
Open Mailbox and your messages are listed newest first. An empty inbox says Inbox is empty rather than showing nothing at all.
Actions on a message
Open a message, or use the options on the row, to:
- Archive it out of the inbox.
- Delete it. Kool asks Delete this email? first.
- Mark read or Mark unread.
There is also a shortcut to mark everything as read when you come back to a pile of mail.
Drafts
Anything you start but do not send is kept under Drafts. Open a draft to carry on where you stopped.
The confirmation prompts
Two switches in Mail settings exist to save you from yourself.
- Confirm before sending asks for a tap to confirm each send.
- Confirm before deleting asks before deleting an open email.
Both are worth leaving on if you deal with mail while walking around.
