Mail settings and removing an account
Sync behaviour, safety prompts and disconnecting cleanly.

Settings
Open your profile hub, tap Settings, then Mail settings.
| Setting | What it does |

| Auto sync inbox | Keeps your mail up to date in the background |
| Confirm before sending | Ask for a tap to confirm each send |
| Confirm before deleting | Ask before deleting an open email |
Make an account active or inactive
Each connected account can be switched on or off, which is useful when you want an address connected but out of the way for a while.
Remove an account
- Open Email accounts from the mailbox.
- Tap Remove account on the one you want gone.
- Confirm.
Kool tells you what that means: its mail stops showing in your Mailbox, and you can reconnect it later. Removing an account from Kool does not delete anything at your email provider.
