Share an idea
- Tap your avatar to open the profile hub.
- Tap Share an idea.
- Write what you would change under How can we improve?
- Tap Submit Idea.
You get a confirmation that your idea is on its way to the team. It genuinely is read.
Report a bug
Use Support in the same list, or write to support@k00l.app. A good report has:
- What you did, step by step.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Your app version, from the bottom of the profile hub.
- A screenshot or a screen recording if the problem is visual.
