Attachments and meeting chat files
Put the document with the meeting instead of hunting for it later.
Before the meeting
In the meeting sheet, tap Add attachment and pick the file. Everyone invited can open it from the meeting, which beats digging through a chat thread five minutes before you start.
During the meeting
The meeting chat accepts files too, so a link or a document shared mid discussion stays attached to the room rather than disappearing into somebody notes.
Reminders
The Notification field on each meeting sets when you get nudged. Choose At time of meeting for a nudge as it starts, or an earlier option if you need travel time.
