Notifications are not arriving
Work through this list in order. One of these is almost always the cause.

- Check iOS. Open the iOS Settings app, find Kool, open Notifications and make sure they are allowed.
- Check Focus and Do Not Disturb. A Focus mode that excludes Kool will silence everything without telling you.
- Check the in app settings. Profile hub, Settings, Notifications.
- Check the conversation. A muted thread stays quiet by design. Look for the Muted marker in the list.
- Check which account is active. Notifications follow the account you are signed into. Switch accounts if you were expecting something on the other one.
- Check the network. Push needs a connection. On a very restricted wifi network it may not get through.
- Restart the phone. This genuinely fixes push registration problems more often than it should.
- Sign out and back in. That registers a fresh push token for this device.
