Send a voice message
Hold, speak, release. Plus what to do when the microphone is blocked.

- Open the conversation.
- Press and hold the microphone button in the composer.
- Speak while holding.
- Release to send.
The waveform shows while you record so you can see that your voice is being picked up.
If nothing records
Kool will tell you that microphone access is needed to record a voice message. That means iOS is holding the permission, not Kool.
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Scroll to Kool.
- Turn Microphone on.
- Come back and try again.
