Calls will not connect

The call never connects

• Try a different network. Restricted wifi, especially on corporate or hotel networks, often blocks the traffic calls need.
• Turn on Low data mode in Calls settings and try again.
• Make sure Kool has microphone and camera permission in the iOS Settings app.

They cannot hear you

• Check whether you are muted. The call screen says Muted.
• Check that no other app is holding the microphone.
• Confirm microphone permission in iOS settings.

Bad quality

• Switch off video and continue on audio.
• Move closer to the router.
• Turn on Noise suppression if voices are getting lost in background noise.

Nobody rings you

Calls need notification permission and a working push connection. Work through Notifications are not arriving first, then restart the phone.
