Sign in on a new phone
Moving to another device, and what comes with you when you get there.

Your account is not tied to a device. Install Kool on the new phone and sign back in.
- Install Kool from the App Store and open it.
- Tap Sign in and enter the same email address you signed up with.
- Type the six digit code we email you.
- If you turned on two factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes.
- Give it a few seconds. Your conversations, calls, meetings and social profile load from your account.
What travels with you
- Chats, groups, call history, meetings, collections, posts, clips and stories.
- Your profile, handle, followers and following.
- Your connected email accounts, once you unlock them again on the new device.
What stays behind
- Media that was only ever saved to the old phone camera roll.
- Drafts that were never sent.
- Your PIN and Face ID preference, which are per device on purpose. Set them again on the new phone.
