status.k00l.app is the live picture. It shows each part of the service, current incidents and the history behind them.
During an incident
- The status page is updated as we learn things. It is faster than any other channel.
- You do not need to report a widespread outage. We already know, and the page says so.
- Nothing you sent is lost while an incident is running. Messages queue and go out when the service recovers.
If the status page is green and you still have a problem
