Guests, invitations and replies
Who is coming, who has not answered and how to tell.

Replying to an invitation
An invitation shows in your Meetings tab with Accept and Decline. Your answer goes back to the organiser.
Watching the replies
Open a meeting you organised to see the guest list. Anyone who has not answered yet is marked Pending.
Adding someone late
Open the meeting, go to the guests section and add them. They get the invitation immediately, including guests invited by email address.
Cancelling
Tap Cancel meeting and confirm. Kool spells out the consequence first: guests you invited are emailed that it is cancelled and it is removed for everyone.
