Connect an email account
Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, Yahoo and plain IMAP.

The Mailbox tab is empty until you connect a real email account. It says so on first open: connect an email account to get started.
- Go to the Mailbox tab.
- Tap Add account.
- Choose your provider. The list covers Gmail, Outlook, which also covers Hotmail and Live, Office 365, Yahoo and Other (IMAP).
- Sign in with that provider and grant access.
- Wait for the first sync. Kool shows which account is loading while it works.
Google accounts
Google sign in opens Google own screen. Kool never sees your Google password. Grant the mail access it asks for, including send access if you plan to write from Kool, otherwise sending and scheduling will fail later.
Other providers over IMAP
Choose Other (IMAP) and fill in the server details your provider publishes. You will need the incoming server, the outgoing server, the ports and your account credentials as your provider defines them.
More than one
Tap Add another account to connect as many as you need. Each one has its own mail and can be made active or inactive.
