Close your account
How to delete everything, and what to do before you press it.

Before you close
- Export your data if you want a copy. See Download your data.
- Save any photos or videos you only ever posted to Kool.
- Tell the people who message you here where to find you next.
- Disconnect your email accounts if you would rather do that explicitly.
Close it
- Open your profile hub and tap Profile settings.
- Scroll down and tap Close account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Close account again.
Kool states what goes: your account, your messages, your posts and your connected email accounts, permanently, and it cannot be undone.
