Share a post or a clip

A post

1. 1Open the plus menu and choose New post.
2. 2Pick your photo or video.
3. 3Write a caption in the Write a caption field.
4. 4Tap Share.

A clip

Clips are the short vertical videos in the Clips feed.

1. 1Open the plus menu and choose New clip.
2. 2Record or pick your video.
3. 3Add a caption and share.

What people can do with them

• Like, comment and repost.
• Send one to someone with Send to.
• Save it to a collection with Save to collection.

Comments open under each item. An empty thread invites the first one rather than showing a blank space.

Removing something

Open your own post or clip and choose delete. Kool asks Keep this post? or Keep this clip? before anything goes, so a mis tap does not cost you a post.

The For you feed

Clips open on For you. What lands there follows the algorithm you picked in settings. See Choose how your feed is ordered.
