Write, attach, schedule and encrypt
Composing email in Kool, including scheduled sends and password protection.

Write one
- Tap compose in the Mailbox tab.
- Pick which connected account it goes From.
- Add recipients, a subject and your message.
- Tap send.
Kool checks the addresses as you type and tells you if one does not look like a valid email address.
Attachments
Tap Attach file and pick what you need. The limit is 25 MB in total. Go over it and Kool tells you the current size and that it is over the limit, before you waste time sending something that would bounce.
Send it later
Use the schedule option to pick a time. The message waits and goes out on its own.
Encrypt an email
Turn on Encrypt email and set a password. The message is locked and the recipient needs the password to read it. Kool marks it clearly: encrypted, recipient needs the password. Share that password some other way, never in the same email.
