Create your account with an email code
Kool has no passwords. You sign up with your email address and a six digit code.

Signing up takes about a minute and you never invent a password.
- Open Kool and tap Get started.
- Type the email address you actually read. Everything from meeting invites to your sign in codes goes there.
- Tap Continue. We email you a six digit code straight away.
- Type the code on the next screen. It is valid for a short window and can only be used once.
- Add your name and, if you want, a photo. The screen says it plainly: you can change all of this later.
- Tap Skip for now if you would rather set up your profile another time.
If the code does not turn up
- Give it a minute. Mail providers sometimes hold the first message from a new sender.
- Look in spam, promotions and any tab your provider uses for filtered mail.
- Check the address you typed. A single wrong character sends the code somewhere else. Tap Use a different email and try again.
- Still nothing? Request a fresh code. Old codes stop working as soon as a new one is issued.
What we store
Your email address, the name you chose and, if you added one, your photo. That is the whole account. There is no password, no security question and no phone number required.
