Kool is a place for talking to people. The rules exist so it stays usable.

Not allowed, ever

• Content that sexually exploits children. Zero tolerance, reported to the authorities.
• Harassment, threats and targeted abuse.
• Hateful content aimed at people for who they are.
• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Spam, scams and malware.
• Attempts to break, overload, scrape or bypass the security of the service.

What happens when someone breaks them

Content is removed and accounts can be suspended. Automated rules act on the clear cases, people review the rest, and every decision can be appealed. See How moderation works, and how to appeal.
