Younger users

Kool is built for adults and older teenagers. Accounts below the minimum age set out in our Terms of Service are not allowed.

If you are a parent or guardian

• Write to abuse@k00l.app if you believe an account belongs to a child below the minimum age. Tell us the handle or the email address on the account.
• If the account is your own child and you want it removed, say so and we will handle the deletion.

Sensible settings for a younger user

• Private profile on, so only approved people can follow.
• Show when you are active off.
• Show last seen and online off.
• Talk about who is allowed to be in their contacts. That conversation does more than any setting.
